Synopsis - Deva
Deva focuses on Shahid Kapoor as Dev Ambre, a notorious cop with high temper and anger issues. He has earned a reputation for his work as an impressive and aggressive cop.
The movie opens with a Deva entry where he is seen calling the deputy commissioner of police and mentioning he has solved the significant case of Farhan, played by Pravesh Rana. Suddenly, he met a significant bike crash that led him to Amnesia. After accident, Dev woke up with no memories of himself and related to the case.
The movie later revolves around Deva’s efforts to solve the mysterious case with memory issues and who tries to kill Deva.

Deva Review
Deva initially delivers what it promises to deliver in the trailer and teaser. You will enjoy the first half as you will see Shahid in the wild avatar. In the first half, Deva will go wild and crazy in action scenes that will won your heart.
The second half of the movie will be unexpected and a little boring for those who expect to see the wild scenes. In the second half, the movie’s story will drastically change. However, the climax will again engage you with an unpredictable twist.
Performance review
Shahid Kapoor as Deva delivers his top-notch performance in the movie. You will enjoy his appearance in the whole movie. Similarly, Pavail Gulati as Rohan also delivers an excellent performance. As per the critics of Pinkvilla, he does an impressive job in the climax that will surely make you emotional.
Despite less screen time, Pooja Hegde succeeds in stealing the heart of Diya. Pravesh Rana, as Farhan, also does an appreciable job. The other supporting cast also seems excellent.
Verdict
Shahid Kapoor's Deva has almost succeeded in delivering what you expect from it. However, you should be ready to see an average second half with a great climax. The movie is perfect for those looking for an action-packed and suspenseful movie.
