There are a few days left for the Islamic holy month “Ramadan.” While the holy month is popular for praying and fasting for 30 days, the Pakistani drama industry has made a ritual to launch light-hearted and rom-com Ramadan plays, especially Hum TV. From Suno Chanda to Fairy Tale, Ramadan dramas are much-appreciated throughout the world.
Like every year, Hum TV has decided to launch another Ramadan drama this year. Prem Wali Gali, starring Hamza Sohail and Sajal Ali, is all set to be telecast during this Ramadan. Yesterday, the channel also released the first teaser of the much-awaited drama series.
Dil Wali Gali has an impressive cast
As we mentioned before, Sajal Ali and Hamza Sohail are reuniting again for the upcoming Ramadan drama. They both are paired again after being cast in the popular drama “Zard Patton Ka Bunn.” The drama was recently concluded on the Hum TV.
Apart from Zard Patton Ka Bunn, Sajal and Hamza are popular for other Pakistani dramas. While Sajal Ali is famous for Yaqeen Ka Safar, Angaan, Kuch Ankahi, and more, she has also worked with the late Bollywood actress Sri Devi in Mom.
In contrast, Hamza Sohail has also worked in the popular Ramazan drama Fairy Tale. Apart from Fairy Tale, he is popular for Sirf Tum, Burns Road Kay Romeo Juliet, and more.
While Hamza has worked in the Ramadan play “Fairy Tale,” Sajal Ali will work in a Ramadan Drama for the first time.
Besides Sajal and Hamza, there will be other versatile supporting cast in the same drama. Saba Faisal is also expected to be part of the same drama serial. However, the details for the other supporting cast are yet under wrap.

Script and plot plays an essential role to attract viewers to the drama. Dil Wali Gali will also highlight unique and out-of-the-box plot that viewers will enjoy, as it is written by Zafar Mairaj. He is popular for writing Mann Jogi, Kabuli Pulao, and more. However, he is writing the ramadan drama for the first time.
Similarly, direction also has a big hand to make a story more engaging.Dil Wali Gali will also have perfect direction with versatile director “Kashif Nishar.” His appearance makes the drama more interesting, as he is popular for directing Ranjha Ranjha Kardi.
When Will be Dil Wali Gali begin?
As we mentioned above, Dil Wali Gali featuring Hamza Sohail and Sajal Ali is a Ramadan Drama and will telecast during Ramadan 2025. It means that the telecast will start from 28 Febraury or 1 March 2025.
