Padmaavat and Sanam Teri Kasam to re-release on this date

Two popular movies, “Padmaavat,” starring Shahid Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, and Ranveer Singh, are all set to return to Theatre with Sanam Teri Kasam.

Nowadays, movie re-releasing has become a new trend that further boosts the box office collection of blockbuster movies. Recently, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, was re-released in theatres on the 3rd of January. Surprisingly, it earns 20 crores after re-release. Now, another Deepika movie, Padmaavat, will re-released.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s popular movie starring Shahid Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, and Ranveer Singh is all set to come back in theatres after seven years. Originally, the film was a super hit and earned Rs.282.25 crore net in India. Following the re-release trend, the movie is all set to release again on 6 February 2025. 

Sanam Teri Kasam will also be released again on this day 

Similar to Padmaavat, another popular movie, “Sanam Teri Kasam,” starring Harshvardhan Rane and Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane, will be released again in theatres. Originally released in 2016, the film was a flop in theaters and only succeeded in earning Rs. 8 crore. 

Once a flop in theaters, Sanam Teri Kasam became a blockbuster movie in the world of the internet. Indeed, you have guessed it right. The film becomes super hot after its OTT release. Seeing it's a craze on the internet, makers have also announced a sequel to this movie. 

While the sequel will take time to release, fans should get ready to watch it on big screens on the 7th of February. Now, it will be interesting to see whether the movie became hot after its re-release.
