Shoaib Ibrahim and Pranali Rathod have been approached to play leads in Star Plus’s popular show “Jhanak”.
Jhanak starring Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja has been struggling for several weeks to gain impressive TRP and viewership. Due to the same fact, the show fell under the scanner, and the channel advised makers to make necessary changes. As we told you before, Star Plus is all set to take a generation leap of 20 years.
We also told you that the current cast is all set to make their exit after this significant change in the storyline. Hiba Nawab also confirmed her exit from the show while interacting with the media. Now, makers are looking for new faces to carry forward the storyline.

While the current leads Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja are all set to make their exit from Star Plus's popular TV Serial, makers have started approaching new faces and begun mock shoot to implement the new storyline as soon as possible.
As we told you today on our website, makers have also begun the mock shoot with the new faces. Now, reports have revealed that makers have approached popular actor and Youtuber Shoaib Ibrahim to play the lead in the show.
Reportedly, he has also given a look test. If everything goes fine, he will be selected as the male lead for Jhanak after the leap. He was last seen in Star Bharat Ajooni and popular for his role in Sasurall Simar Ka.
Another update from Indiaforum revealed that Pranali Rathod has been approached by the makers to play a female lead. She was last seen in Colors TV’s Durga from the same production house.

While Jhanak’s makers approached Pranali Rathod to play the female lead, Ekta Kapoor is also considering her to play lead in her upcoming show for Sony TV featuring Harshad Chopda. As we told you earlier, she might replace Shivangi Joshi in Sony’s show. However, now Jhanak makers have also approached her to play lead. It would be interesting to see which show she will do.
