Sony Entertainment Television has finally released the much-awaited teaser of its upcoming supernatural thriller, Ami Dakini. The teaser offers a spine-chilling glimpse into the show’s eerie world. As we told you on our YouTube channel, The show has an impressive cast, with Pandya Store fame Rohit Chandel in the lead role. He is joined by Trina Saha as the female lead. On top of that, Sheen Das plays a pivotal role as Dakini. She will include a horror element.
In a recent interview, Sheen Das shared her excitement about playing Dakini. She says, "What excites me the most about the show is the blend of horror, mystery, and human emotion. I am thrilled to be a part of a show that brings something fresh to the horror genre. Playing Dakini will be a challenge as she is more than just a ghost. Dakini has a past and a saga to tell. To bring this complexity to life, I undergo extensive character study and training. She is not just a ghost seeking revenge. Her emotions are deeply rooted in trauma and injustice. There is so much emotion packed into this one character. She also said that I can't wait for the audience to experience it."
Similarly, Rohit Chandel also hinted at his character’s unique role in the horror narrative in an interview with India forums, "I cannot reveal the character's name, but you can say that since it's a horror.” He also added that this character will add a comedic punch.

The teaser opens with a tense and unsettling atmosphere. A groom finds himself wandering inside an old, mysterious haveli. The dim lighting, eerie silence, and aged interiors create an immediate sense of unease.
As he walks cautiously through the hallways, he suddenly stops in front of an old photo frame. His eyes widen as he stares at it, sensing something unnatural. In an instant, a ghostly woman—Dakini—emerges from the frame and whispers, "You are my groom."
He denied but Dakini slashed his neck with her sharp nails, leaving deep, visible marks. The shock causes him to wake up. He finds himself in his own bedroom with his wife on their wedding night.
Breathing heavily, he turns to his wife (Trina Saha’s character) and tells her about the horrifying dream, describing the woman who claimed him as her groom. His wife dismisses his fears and playfully reminds him that she is the heroine of the story.
However, the situation takes a terrifying turn when she removes his sherwani, revealing real, fresh nail marks on his neck, proving that what he saw was not just a dream.
As tension builds, the final camera shot pans under the bed, revealing the same ghostly woman hiding beneath it, her sinister eyes watching them silently.
